  1. Allows a PC to share its disk drives with
  2. another PC via the serial port and null modem
  3. cable.  Works on the background, allowing
  4. system #1 to access system #2's disk drives
  5. while system #2 is performing other tasks
  6. (and visa versa).  This process is "peer to
  7. peer"; each system can access the other's
  8. disk drives.  To prevent potential File
  9. Allocation Table (FAT) mishaps, the remote
  10. drive in either case cannot be written to.
